Managed political transition programs in Cote d'Ivoire and Mali with seven internal staff, two contractors, and a portfolio of $50M distributed countrywide with local partners through more than 500 small experimental grants. Led program strategy and funding discussions, managed budget and staffing, facilitated interagency cooperation, represented the program at external events, and managed our relationship with the implementing partner.Led the office’s response to the crisis in the Central African Republic designing our strategy and representing the office in high-profile interagency discussions on entering new countries.
