My responsibilities include:• Cross-Team Communication: Collaborating with diverse teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather technical specifications and ensure alignment and effective execution of projects. • File Transfer Request: Setting up and managing File Transfer Requests to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange across and organization and with partners using IBM Sterling Integrator and Ansible runbooks. • Python Development: Utilizing Python to build a bespoke application tailored to my team's specific needs and custom report scripts, enhancing our data analysis capabilities and automating key processes.• SQL Database Management: Organizing and maintaining SQL databases to ensure data integrity, improve accessibility, and support robust analytics. • IBM Jenkins & OpenShift: Working with IBM Jenkins for continuous integration and Open Shift for containerized application deployment for a custom team application, contributing to a more agile and resilient IT Infrastructure.• Presentation Skills: Creating presentations and presently weekly to the Managed File Transfer Services team, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure informed decision-making.Key Accomplishment:• Spearheaded Custom Application Development: Led the creation of a bespoke application for MFT using Python, significantly improving data accessibility and analysis. Presented this project to the IT department on stage at the IT Tech Summit Olympics, earning a bronze medal for innovation and technical excellence.
