As Senior Art Director, I was accountable for orchestrating the rollout of new brand architecture and leading efforts to incorporate into the company's visual identity.To carry out my mandate, I converted all assets (website, emails, content pieces) to align with the new visual architecture across all channels and regions (APAC, EMIA, LATAM).Some of my accomplishments include:➥ Developed a brand guide (encompassing brand positioning, logo, and visual identity) spanning the entire product portfolio. ➥ Orchestrated brand trainings to uphold brand standards, principles, and best practices.➥ Developed a toolkit containing logos, color palettes, and other visual materials.➥ Launched the brand architecture over 6 months to evolve the brand. Updated all content and defined naming conventions/archiving processes.➥ Overhauled the project management system, leading efforts to maximize the adoption/utilization of Asana and optimally structure Asana processes.➥ Managed a week-long photoshoot involving the purchase of extensive stock imagery to modernize and expand the company's B-roll and photography library. ➥ Successfully proposed a new asset collection process involving real users in authentic locations.➥ Coordinated a shoot at 3 locations involving 2 videographers, 2 photographers, a product manager, and an assistant art director, resulting in 1.5K stills and significant B-roll.➥ Developed a self-serve Canva instance to streamline content/asset management processes.➥ Developed visual identities and pitched concepts to leadership as key member of the events team.➥ Worked with event managers to design and implement assets including storyboards, presenter templates, advertising collateral, and large-scale environmental installations.➥ Redesigned a trade show booth for higher education and K-12 events featuring a 30-foot video wall, product kiosks, and activations.➥ Coordinated trade shows for regional events across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

As Senior Graphic Design Supervisor and key member of the 60-person marketing and communications team, I was responsible for leading a team of graphic designers and a project manager to manage a suite of design projects and establish brand-aligned visual identities for university departments.Some of my contributions include:➥ Managed the rollout of a new agency-developed total rebrand for the university; drove the development of brand toolkits, training materials, and updated marketing assets including website, recruiting materials, business suite, and others.➥ Led a suite of systems modernization and process improvement initiatives.➥ Managed the deployment of key software including Trello and Wrike.➥ Oversaw the transition from inefficient paper records to digital platforms.➥ Implemented a content management system (Photo Shelter) and developed a comprehensive archiving process.➥ Streamlined asset management times for the creative team.

In 2018, I performed multiple roles including the development of a visual brand to enhance the reach and impact of campaign efforts.Some of my contributions include:➥ Led a dedicated volunteer team to manage all aspects of campaign operations at the Moscow field office.➥ Managed candidate travel logistics; ensured the optimal allocation and utilization of campaign resources.

I joined Washington State University Global Campus in 2005, where I collaborated with the university's printing services and web development team to develop and maintain recruitment materials and marketing campaigns.I also pitched and designed infographics and educational assets for the instructional design team.
