I have a BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Diploma in Management and Leadership from Academies Australasia Polytechnic, which helps me understand and communicate effectively with diverse clients and staff. I have developed skills in leadership, relationship building and management and customer service. I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals, and creating a positive and supportive community.
