Negotiate consensus of stakeholders to develop implementation plan around recommendations and enhancements.● Communicates and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding technology updates, products, rates, process changes, and system enhancements.● Organizes and directs the communication plan to cascade information to the impacted business partners.● Identifies, creates, and coordinates training around enhancements for internal/external customers.●Troubleshoots technology fixes and coordinates with IT teams.● Write Jira user stories to correct issues and documents.● Communicates with teams and Agent stakeholders when technology changes go to production to ensure all affected parties are prepared for updates and changes.● Assists in documenting external processes and procedures in personal lines underwriting.● Creates metrics to measure and communicate the business value realized in process improvements.● Works with the Director – Personal Lines Support & Analytics to develop and manage a comparative rater strategy.● Manages the agency management system oversight for the Personal Lines Underwriting department.● Manages projects that impact multiple business units to ensure project progress, including managing escalation and avoiding risk.● Researches insurance market trends for developing new business relationships, retaining our current customers, and increasing profitability.● Manages the conversion from Legacy systems to Guidewire, staying on course within budget, employee headcount, and business accounts needed to complete the job.● Responsible for decisions related to communications and training plans, and prioritizing effects/enhancements.
