I would describe myself as a life-long learner I am always looking for the opportunity to add a new tool to my repertoire. I currently work as a software engineer and my biggest focus is on developing software that can work alongside other professions. During my time as an undergrad at the University of Delaware, I had a concentration in bioinformatics which allowed me to learn how different fields of study such as Biology and Chemistry could work alongside Computer Science. I had the opportunity to work with the University of Delaware's Center for Bioinformatics as a web developer for their ITextMine project. While pursuing my Master's degree, I was able to delve into topics such as:human and computer interaction, molecule generation, and accessibility in computing for both users and developers. I even had the opportunity during a Human and Computer Interaction course to work on a team to develop a mobile application that allows a user to learn yoga from home. This application uses a pose estimation model trained on 82 yoga poses to detect the accuracy of the yoga pose being performed through a live stream from the user's device.I am currently working with life cycle engineering as I learn how a well-established complex software can be updated for new and evolving requirements. In my free time, you can find me trying to get outside whether that is meeting up with friends and family, gardening or just sitting on my patio with a book. I am always looking for the chance to make a new connection so please reach out.Skills:Languages: Java, C++, Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Ada, CTools: Microsoft Access, Modbus, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Android Studio, Jira, ImageJ, Google Collab Other: Git, Gitlab, REST Api, Flask, Mongodb, React, Pytorch, LLVM, PowerShell, Agile
