About Emily Perzanoski

Striving for excellence at the intersection of business operations, risk management, and human-powered, data-driven decision making. I joined Exiger in 2016 as a Research Associate and mastered due diligence research and writing processes, producing investigative due diligence and public records research reports of varying complexity. As a Research Manager and Senior Research Manager, I focused on reviewing reports for quality and managing operations for the quality team. In 2018, I was seconded to Exiger’s Bucharest, Romania office upon its founding. In Bucharest, I hired, trained, and mentored a large group of researchers, working specifically to scale tech-enabled research operations quickly and effectively. I use my cross-functional due diligence experience to optimally utilize resources and schedule projects with Exiger’s global delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to clients. I am lucky enough to lead a highly effective and engaged team, focusing on mentorship and a servant leader mindset.

Listed skills include Research, Event Planning, Leadership, Public Speaking, and 17 others.
