• Thesis Title: Characterizing the effects of poorly studied cannabinoids on larval zebrafish behaviour.• Launched the first behavioural biology research program at UNB by establishing protocols and standard operating procedures which continue to be used by current students. • Prioritized experiments aligning them with stakeholders needs by meeting with them frequently, remaining flexible and pivoting when needed. • Executed, tracked, and monitored project progress by creating work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, burndown charts, and communication plans. • Conducted comprehensive risk analysis assessments, encompassing factors affecting project timelines, budgets, and scope. My proactive approach involved meticulous planning, frequent stakeholder communication, and vigilant scope management, resulting in successful project completion within the established timelines, budgets, and scope parameters. • Developed compelling presentations with MS PowerPoint, generated comprehensive documentation using MS Word, and facilitated effective communication through MS Outlook for internal and external stakeholders. I leveraged data collected via MS Excel to create informative and engaging materials, ensuring clear and impactful communication.
