As a peer mentor, I guide incoming first-year students and their families through June and August New Student Orientation. I serve as a resource to first-year students as they prepare to move in for fall semester, and continue to provide support during the first semester at college. In addition to mentoring students, I work with a first-year seminar professor to ensure students are adjusting well.

I worked for the Office of Student Activities (OSA) at Elizabethtown College. I assisted with creating banners for upcoming events at the school. I also utilized Canva and took pictures for OSA's Instagram.

As a CIS Alumni Ambassador I was responsible for being the liaison between CIS Abroad and my home university for future study abroad students. As a previous study abroad student, I assisted the CIS Abroad University Relations Representative with on-campus promotion including fairs & events. I promoted CIS abroad programs and created marketing content if need-be such as including photos, videos, testimonials, and more. I engaged with students via email and/or text to answer questions about programs, how the process works, next steps, etc.. I referred students to appropriate team members and resources as needed, and provided info-sessions and advising sessions to interested students.

As a product marketing intern, I worked on several projects to assist the global and domestic marketing teams.I supported the Global Commercialization Team in the creation of Sales Enablement Marketing Materials. I created specification sheets, summarized VOC reports, and wrote the script for a new product instructional in-service video. I contributed to the team's quarterly newsletter with key congress reports, and actively created a framework for an online SharePoint page as a platform to share materials and best practices globally.For the US domestic product marketing team, I updated marketing materials to reflect newly approved claims for a flagship product. Lastly, I volunteered to be the liaison between the social media team and other interns for intern spotlights where I collected individual biographies and headshots for social media posts.

I worked at the front desk at a private practice for physical therapy, pilates, counseling, and more. I processed patient payments and scheduled/rescheduled patient visits.

I prepared emails using HubSpot for prospective and registered customers about upcoming events and promotions. I created social media content using Canva to promote events for HMP's Psych & Behavioral Health portfolio. I also supported customers by answering questions at the Help Desk during different online events such as Sana Symposium and Psych Congress Regionals Online Series.*Knowledgeable with HelloBar, Oktopost, and Zendesk*

At the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, I helped with promotions before and during games. I assisted with contests between innings, as well as found people to participate in them. I consistently interacted with the fans at games, whether I escorted the mascots, handed out giveaways, or answered basic questions.

I worked in the front office and assisted with a variety of different jobs. I learned how to successfully enter time cards and prices for machine parts with software systems E2 and JobBOSS. I recorded invoices and I filed job travelers and drawings.
