I was originally hired as a counselor working with children, ages 6-9. After 3 years on staff, I was promoted to Counselor In Training Coordinator and worked with 12 and 13 year old pre-teens who would be joining our staff the following summer. In 2012, I was promoted to Staff Coordinator and worked with our 13 to 18 year old staff. In this position I worked on team building as well as handling all unusual or emergency situations that arose at camp.
