Hr Communications And Engagement Specialist
Current-Manage and lead team member/employee events and experiences, from inception ideation, event design, developing event plans, partnering with internal stakeholders, vendor management, engaging with volunteers, managing event logistics, measuring success/assessing outcomes, and managing event budgets.-Manage and develop content for our team members and employees by utilizing our app platform, digital signage, and weekly email communication to keep team members informed and engaged.-Write, design, and edit content in a variety of formats including email, social media, and infographics.-Partner with peers and leaders to develop and execute internal communication plans that reinforce enterprise and HR strategies, employee engagement, and values.-Work with key stakeholders to develop, design, and proof content for organization announcements, messages, and internal news updates.-Serve as an advocate of the internal brand to ensure all of the content created is aligned with brand standards.
