Tracking: I was the lead tracking liaison in the College for over 17,000 customers on all proficiency testing products for 2 + years before successfully transitioning the job to CDM. Communicated with vendors on a daily basis providing any additional information they needed to ship products in a timely manner. Communicated with FedEx about international shipments which were stuck in customs to help get the packages delivered to the final destination. I also met with vendors in person to help resolve business continuity issues that we experienced.
