I am a founding member of A-C Electric Company's Development Team, which is a dedicated group of employees responsible for the development of internal tools and systems (both technology and process), and their successful integration into the company’s living structure.As the Development Team began developing custom built web applications, I took on the responsibilities of user research and UI UX design for the team. In this role, I performed user observations, face to face interviews, and user surveys, and cultivated a strong connection with our end user groups. I acted as the liaison between our end users and developers, and played a key role in identifying and prioritizing product requirements and objectives, and developing user flows.I was responsible for full fidelity designs of our products, from wireframes, to full fidelity mockups and prototypes using Adobe XD (originally using Affinity Designer). I collaborated closely with our developers throughout the design and development process, as the strict deadlines and limited resources provided to us required a deeply cross functional team. I also maintained the look-and-feel and brand integrity of our products, and worked closely with our Marketing team on company branding.Because I maintained the strongest direct relationship with our end users, I headed most of the implementation process for new products and features, primarily through hands on training. I also managed most of the feedback gathering, through qualitative and qualitative survey results, as well as direct communication with our end users.

I proposed and spearheaded the implementation of a corporate Wiki, collaborating with a diverse array of teams across the company to discover and document their critical procedures. This included managing procedural development projects and process mapping initiatives.As the administrator and developer of the corporate wiki, I was responsible for both maintaining and improving the system, including its content organization, permissions structure, and system configurations. I was also responsible for the adoption and continued success of the wiki by facilitating the growth and quality of content.At the core of my role, I facilitated the documentation of processes throughout the company, both new and old.
