For over 10 years, I have worked as the Head of Marketing & Customer Communications for VideoCentric, combining my scientific and creative mindset to help solve challenges and produce the best possible outcomes for both my company and the wide range of organisations we work with. I'm a huge people person and love nothing more than seeing the work I do have a positive impact on others - hearing how a project I have worked on has resulted in great outcomes for businesses, organisations, friends & communities alike is my motivation to excel. I feel lucky to be involved in a small and successful family-orientated business, that enables me to put my enthusiasm and out-of-the-box thinking to creative use within one of the most experienced and leading Video Communications integrators in the UK.Music & festivals, outdoor foraging and mycology, and an interest in astronomy and space keep me (hopefully!) interesting to chat with outside of the workplace, with an ongoing yearn to expand my technical ability in programming and understanding of AI. I am always focused on putting my passions and skills to good use by supporting organisations and projects I care about. I have been a long-term personal fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, and a driving force behind a number of community campaigns in Bristol; to protect & transform local green spaces and develop volunteer run community assets, such as the Old Library, Eastville, as a co-founder & Chairperson for the South Lockleaze & Purdown Neighbourhood Association C.I.C. in Bristol.
