Having progressed through the ranks quickly throughout my past employment, I am now settled within a career path and know the direction that I want to head in. I am naturally hardworking and motivated, wanting to keep busy and achieve goals, not only to a satisfactory level but to the very best that I can. Having started out with an exceptional education from a very young age, progressing through to an outstanding university experience I have been able to use and develop skills to make my career path work for me and head towards a goal that I want rather than where I am "supposed to go". My passed employment has developed skills to the next level and enhanced my knowledge of what I am capable of achieving helping me to push myself beyond my safe boundaries and better my individual skill set and recognise how to utilise my teams. Working within a company that values me for me is paramount within both my personal and career development. I want to remain part of a team where everybody's personality and skill set contributes and pushes the business further.
