Department administers approximately 1,000+ leases for 6M+ square foot portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prepare & bill annual CAM & Real Estate Tax estimates & reconciliations. Create lease abstracts in MRI & Yardi, and administer leases for 3rd party owners. Work with acquisition/disposition/refinance team through the due diligence, estoppel & SNDA process for potential transactions.Process all fully executed lease documentation for landlord & tenant’s records. Draft all rent commencement letters & other miscellaneous notices and agreements. Coordinate with Leasing, Accounting, Property Management, and Construction teams.Track critical dates & maintain the accuracy of rent rolls. Ensure tenant compliance with all lease provisions. Prepare income projections for annual budgets.

Lease transaction management for retail portfolio comprised of 700+ tenants over 6 million square feet in shopping centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.• Review & abstract leases, process fully executed lease documentation, maintain the accuracy of rent rolls, track & draft all notice of possession & rent commencement letters, ensure lease provisions are adhered to from document execution to lease commencement.• Development projects – Collaborate with construction & development teams to manage timelines for new ground up or re-development projects. Track & manage critical lease related deadlines and other time sensitive requirements within a development project.• Acquisition, Disposition & Refinance of properties - Work with transaction teams through the due diligence, estoppel & SNDA process for potential new acquisitions and assist in the process with a buyer or current owner in the disposition or refinance of a property.

Provide support to Regional Leasing Director and in-house counsel for all lease related tasks and administration for over 1 million SF of commercial office properties (Washington DC Metro Area, New Jersey & Florida).• Draft, edit, and proofread office leases and amendments in conjunction with in-house counsel• Analyze legal documents for accuracy• Coordinate lease document execution process between landlord and tenants• Abstract deal terms into applicable real estate software systems• Track critical lease dates and provisions
