Bind books using a variety of techniques: PUR, mekabinding, handsew, ropesew, drill & sew, and fast binding. Determine what kind of binding would be best for individual books. I restore aged, damaged, and well-loved books, using my skills to keep the book as original as possible when the customer wishes me to do so. A majority of my work now has me resewing and making new covers (hardcover and flex-cover) for bibles. This involves a lot of precise measurements to ensure that the text block fits safely inside the new cover.
