I am responsible for managing sales of fine dining and daylet boxes specifically to new clients, across all racedays and the Red Bull Air Race. I ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.My role is to maximise team revenue and profit through reactive and proactive selling through a sales platform and use of commercial management tools and techniques.

I am one of a team of four that supply and sell tickets for the 26 race days held at Ascot Racecourse including our main event, Royal Ascot. I work directly under the Head of Sales and report into him daily as I manage our team of sales consultants. I sell directly to the public, large groups and companies. Over the years I have built up a strong client base which have helped us to achieve record sales figures in 2014.

I worked as a Lettings Negotiator and quickly progressed to a senior position were I was also responsible for the short-lets in the office as well as standard contracts. My role was very customer facing, and I dealt with the transaction from start to finish, becoming very knowledgable about the letting laws. I was frequently awarded top Lettings Negotiator for the West & Surrey region for the highest sales figures.
