My success at CBS Office Interiors lies in my ability to offer advice to customers talking in their language, instantly winning their respect.I started work at CBS Office Interiors in 1988, recognising the potential of the company and the need for office interior designers. Prior to joining CBS Office Interiors, I was a core member of the team at British Midland International taking on roles such as Duty Manager, Flight Despatch Manager and Business Development Manager where I learned the skill of team leadership and the importance of brand awareness and excellent customer service
