As a therapist, I take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the connection between physical, emotional, and mental health and I aim to provide a space of non-judgement and empathy. I believe in working together with you to explore triggers, conquer anxiety and depression, heal from trauma, create healthy relationships and boundaries with others, and to live life to the fullest. I completed my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Oakland University, and I have experience working with abuse, intimate partner violence, life transitions, parenting and communication issues, family issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem and poor body image, teen issues, ADHD, and anger. I utilize and pull knowledge from a variety of therapeutic and holistic techniques and theories, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS, EFT/Tapping (Emotional Freedom Texhnique), and Reiki. I am the Founder and Owner of The Therapy Collective of Michigan (formerly Intuitive Growth Counseling Services), a statewide group psychotherapy practice that was started in 2021. It was formed with the goal of making holistic mental health care services available to normal, everyday people…and to make therapy feel as normal as grabbing coffee with a friend. 🤍
