We are a collective of therapists that prioritize the mind + body connection, as mental health IS physical health, and we practice with a human-first perspective. Here at TCM, we show up as ourselves in every session and interaction with our clients and with one another. We get that reaching out for therapy can be intimidating—it’s a big step. But asking for help is a profound act of courage, and we are here to remind you that you don’t have to do it on your own. We're here to help. Everyone is unique and deserving of love and acceptance.
