Serve as primary point of contact for HR department members and assist department members with ensuring data integrity, system testing, development of reports, and analyzing data flows for process improvement… Show more Key Responsibilities:Partner with HRIS Manager to analyze firm's HR technology and improve process design, enhance process flow, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. Work with HRIS Manager and other department members as needed to document HR data process flows. Serve as primary point of contact for HR department members and assist department members with ensuring data integrity, system testing, development of reports, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Develop and run standard reports to meet new and ongoing management and HR needs, including census and other demographic reports, data needed for the annual EEO-1 report, and other monthly and annual reports. Develop and run a variety of ad hoc reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist with system and data audits to maintain data integrity, by running queries and analyzing data. Maintain Legacy DS system (UltiPro) and other further legacy systems as needed, including transfer of relevant historical data to Workday or other repository. Show less
