My passion for tech entrepreneurship dates back to high school when I first became an avid reader of Paul Graham. I began my career in venture capital investing and recently made the jump to become an entrepreneur. As the CEO of Ramping Up, I am dedicated to empowering founders by providing a comprehensive global hiring, talent management, and payroll solution. I'm a deep believer in the entrepreneurial spirit and truly enjoy helping founders in their journey. Our mission is to help startups ramp up fast.Previously, I was a Partner at Monad Ventures, where I focused on early-stage enterprise investments and also supported fundraising. I'm a young but seasoned GP with on-hands experience in investing. I was named Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2021 and is a leading industry expert in enterprise software investing. Throughout my tenure as an investor, I've witnessed multiple capital cycles and tech hype cycles, which have deepened my appreciation for visionary founders and resilient businesses.I graduated from UBC, where I was co-chair of the Pacific Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship Conference and Competition, the largest student-run organization for tech entrepreneurship and investing in Canada. Growing up in Canada, I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
