- Serve as a Certified Peer Educator (CPE) to a university community of approximately 35,000 undergraduate and graduate students.- Collaborate with students at the community level to help empower them to achieve personal health and wellness goals, and address the full range of emotional, physical, relational, spiritual, financial, intellectual, and career influences that affect health and well-being.- Adept leadership training in acting as a peer educator, role model, activist, and team member.- Maintain confidentiality of workshop organizers and attendees in accordance with HIPAA and FERPA.

- Create visually appealing and organized page layouts for weekly print editions of Columbia's student-run daily paper.- Format and style articles, headlines, bylines, and pull quotes consistently according to the newspaper's style guide, utilizing design software such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.- Collaborate closely with editors, writers, photographers, and illustrators to ensure that design complements and enhances content.- Strategize distribution efforts for maximized efficiency and community readership.

- Curate brand identity through digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.- Identify partners and collaborators within the food industry that align with our brand and product strategy; coordinate development and production of collaborative products.- Edit website content and layout for clarity and user-friendliness.- Contribute to product and merchandise design brainstorming.- Manage interface of food delivery systems for consistency and accessibility- Translate menu items, descriptions, and SOP/instruction manuals from Mandarin to English.

- Facilitate call-to-action workshops with local school district's PTSA and city library on Search Institute's Developmental Relationship Framework and its application in intergenerational relationships.- Develop collaboration among youth, parents, and adult allies by planning informative events, spaces for discussion and connection activities for youth.- Co-present at 2022 National Youth Leadership Conference for service learning.

- Coordinate and implement programs for adults to support youth advocacy projects for Youth Connectedness Initiative.- Compile "starter-pack" resources for pilot Youth Connect programs in other cities.

- Work on staff of independent student newspaper to provide photo coverage for local events in the Palo Alto, Los Altos and Mountain View area. - Contribute to content and visual media brainstorming.

- Work on school's award-winning magazine to design curriculum, manage staff, and plan and execute print and digital journalism work.- National Scholastic Press Association 2022 Pacemaker Award- 1st place in JEANC newspub feature photo award

- Facilitate week-long introductory journalism summer camp for rising 8th and 9th graders.- Build campers' writing and communication skills through live interviewing, writing and multimedia workshops, and guest speaker lectures.
