Cultural Psychology Lab (Heejung Kim, PhD)- Assisted with mailings including the creation of materials, such as letters or invitations, to recruit - participants for a longitudinal study- Monitored responses to mailings for 150 students with a 90% response rate- Filing and maintenance of confidential forms for over 150 participants. Memory Emotion Thought Awareness Lab (Jonathan Schooler, PhD)- Assisted with research study about the effect of different types of media on the experience of "chills" - a psychological cue related to awe and wonder.- Conducted a heartbeat detection task to measure bodily sensitivity and assisted with prep and adherence of electrodes and other physiological measures which increased the accuracy of obtaining objective measures for facial expressions.
