As a game developer intern at Sisal Digital Hub Türkiye, I had the opportunity to work on an international game development team focused on an innovative virtual reality project in Unity. My responsibilities included creating shaders using Unity Shader Graph and HLSL, developing interactive features between users and the environment, and enhancing game object functionalities.

Gamelab, a team of the SKY LAB Computer Science Club at Yıldız Technical University, serves as the game development division. GAMELAB's mission encompasses the following objectives:- Strengthening Yıldız Technical University's presence in the game development industry.- Fostering increased interest in game development through initiatives such as YILDIZ JAM, workshops, and educational programs.- Creating an ideal environment for the most efficient learning process through peer-to-peer learning.- Pioneering innovative ventures to be introduced to the industry.- Participating in competitions and achieving notable successes.At present, GAMELAB have a membership exceeding 20 individuals and oversees the operations of three project teams.

As the president of a club that has organized events such as ARTLAB Artificial Intelligence Summit and SKYDAYS Turkey's Biggest Cyber Security Summit, I would like to add another event: YILDIZ JAM Game Development Summit and Competition. My aim is to fill the gap in game development events at Yildiz Technical University and fill the gap in computer game development network events in Turkey. With the help of our organization team, we managed and solved risks, made difficult decisions, organized the event days, reached out to companies and communities, and advertised the event.My goal with this event is to increase SKY LAB's visibility in the game development community, establish Yildiz Technical University as a center for game development in Istanbul, and provide opportunities for Yildiz Technical University students to network with game development professionals.We hosted 30+ brand from game development industry.

As the president of SKY LAB Computer Science Student Branch of Yildiz Technical University in 2022-2023 session, I had the opportunity to lead a management team and bring about great success. Our Research & Development department developed numerous successful projects, our web development team created websites for both our branch and other organizations, while our Artificial Intelligence research team was able to construct an image processing project for use in libraries. Additionally, we were proud to have been selected as representatives for Yildiz Technical University's CTF platforms such as HackTheBox. All teams also created competition teams that participated in events like TEKNOFEST.Our organization and promotion department also succeeded greatly with their efforts at advertising events throughout computer science communities - including a new event called YILDIZ JAM - which made us much more visible within these circles. During my time leading this student branch I was committed to developing systems that would ensure its continued growth into one of the biggest computer science communities around!
