• Consult with clients on all aspects of business practice management strategies including schedule management, staff training, employee onboarding and evaluations, financial management, clinical best practices, retail structure and the planning phase of new businesses • Guide the onboarding of new clients and execute sales strategies • Maintain and grow client relationships for no less than 1 year through weekly or biweekly tracking calls, implementation of staff training programs, and interviewing/hiring new staff and associate doctors • Present at quarterly New Business Training seminar and facilitate valuable discussion and coaching to clients 1-2 months prior to opening their businesses
