I am a member of the Administrative Simplification Initiatives team, nested within the Health Policy/Advocacy Group of the AMA. My main areas of focus are promoting interoperability and supporting innovations in health IT, electronic health records, and utilization management. Current initiatives are centered around implementing the No Surprises Act.
