I am a Screenwriter and Director currently working on creating more genre films that range from coming-of-age comedies to fantasies to epics. As a lifelong reader, I have a special passion for adaptation and aspire to work in that arena.Skilled in storytelling, organization, and problem solving, I am the perfect balance of passion and execution when it comes to bringing stories to life. I utilized and honed these skills during my time at Clubhouse Pictures. There I became proficient in script and novel coverage and performed administrative duties from compiling research to covering phones.My most recent short film “Vote for Lola”, a high school mockumentary about a young woman running for student council president, is currently making the festival rounds. I wrote, directed, and produced “Vote for Lola”. During the development and production of the film I grew my skills of teamwork, creative problem solving, and organization. These skills have been abundantly helpful in other set positions as well as in my long-term professional positions.I graduated summa cum laude from Loyola Marymount University, a top ten film School, with a degree in film production. There I honed my skills in feature writing, television writing, entertainment business, directing, and cinematography.My goal is to utilize well-loved genres in new and innovative ways in order to tell impactful and touching stories.
