Responsibilities Dealing with all incoming customer queries whether they be by phone, email or mail. My main duty towards the customer is to provide exceptional service. I process all orders, recommending products to customers, where necessary based on their personal needs and specifications. I deal with all customer complaints ensuring each customer has a resolution they are satisfied with. I practice a high level of customer service and pride myself on my ability to listen and build trust with our new and exciting client base. On a weekly basis I carried out a stock check in house and also on our multiple websites and ordering stock where required.

ResponsibilitiesWorking as part of a team and responsible for work rotations, staff training for new and existing employees, staff vacations, overtime assignment and arranging back up for absent employees.Supervising the day to day activities of staff, organising workload and allocating tasks, ensuring all administrative records are completed accurately. Ensure professionalism & high quality is continually maintained.Preparation of relevant reports and documents for senior managers.Identifying areas of the business where improvements can be made.Monitoring staff attendance and performance level.Opening and closing of the store, shop floor merchandising, stock take and ordering new stock, cash handling, dealing with till float and safe.Dealing with customer complaints, returns and enquiries.Face to face customer service, and maintaining a friendly and professional manner along with delivering exceptional customer service.
