Senior Analyst
CurrentSenior Analyst on the Data and Analysis team under the Bank of America account at GroupeConnect.- Lead analysist on the team managing our transition from utilizing Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics as our primary web analytics platform. In addition to becoming a subject matter expert of both platforms, my contribution to this team includes leading team trainings, providing individualized support, leading client and vendor calls, building out process and training documentation, QA-ing data and site tags, and more.I'm also a member of two other Bank of America teams, Better Money Habits and the Global Human Resources team. My contributions to these teams include:- Site Analytics: working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for creation of recurring reports on site performance, presenting reports both internally and with clients inclusive of performance and optimizations, and other internal and client ad-hoc requests- Supporting marketing initiatives throughout the campaign life cycle: creating measurement plans tailored to campaign partners and strategy, analyses throughout and upon campaign conclusion, exposure to data across partners and channels including Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Uber, Forbes, Indeed, and more.- Attitudinal studies: working with vendors to create brand lift studies across vendors and channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Cint, reporting on attitudinal results as part of campaign performance analyses, monitoring and reporting on site surveys with partners such as Qualtrics and Knotch- Site tagging: actively partners with our tech team to ensure tagging across sites is operating efficiently and as expected, regularly monitoring site tags via Tag Debuggers such as ObservePoint
