Over 23 years experience working in a face to face role within a customer service environment. The past 12 years have been working within the Charity, Social Sector which is my absolute love. As a Charity Project Centre Manager I have been responsible for delivering small and large scaled community projects and events. Highly experienced with community fundraising being that public face to increase awareness of the charity to long-term supporters, corporate donors and beneficiaries. Most importantly building teams of volunteers skills in all areas, to help to provide the support to grow and move the projects forward. I am currently working as a freelance consultant within the social sector and available for freelance work to support organisations with Project Management / Planning / Delivering Event Planning Community Fundraising Volunteer Recruitment After seeing a huge increase of support and wellbeing services needed within the Gateshead area. I set up Embells CIC Community Support Project to help support individuals and families with food, clothing, household items, free school holiday activities for children and their families along with providing wellbeing, employability and other wrap around support services needed in the community.
