Working as part of a team I am responsible for booking acts across 64 Parks nationwide to enhance the whole park experience, bespoke to each parks needs and clientele requirements. Identify and sourcing new talent through established network channels whilst concurrently attending Showcases to utilise discovered acts into programmed line ups. Daily contact and liaison with agents are a primary function of my role, including celebrity agents for high profile acts and brand, such as Nickelodeon, Milkshake, Rainbow and Sooty. Handling logistics and rider requirements including contacting stylists, make up and drivers. Identifying and implementing use of social media platforms to expand network, promote company profile and brand reputation.I utilise the budget to maximum effect whilst maintaining park experience by stringent negotiation skills with agents and artists to ensure best and most suitable fees are agreed in line with policy.A principal part of my role this year was to work on the Owners Events Calendar, include sourcing, contracting all the Owners Events and activities, designing, and creating new experiences, project managing events and liaising with park personnel. I have established relationships within key agencies and acts within the industry; including who is most suitable for specific genres and certain locations. The ability to work on several different projects simultaneous, meet deadlines and work proactively to drive projects forward. Keeping up to date with the latest trends to be one step ahead of the next big thing.
