Responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, drafting letters to clients, sending court documents to opposing counsel, handling a majority of email correspondence with clients, and keeping the office tidy and presentableIncluded handling portions of the billing process, including remitting funds to law firms and collections.

I've worked with various families over the last few years, and currently work with two families. I tutor, help with other homework, organize weekend trips and outings for the kids, and overall help with their development.

My responsibilities include greeting patrons at the desk, asking and fielding questions about directions, finding books, general library and campus info, as well as re-shelving, answering phones, knowledge of the layout and inner-workings of the library, and, overall, maintaining the look and atmosphere of Watzek Library.

Selected on recommendation by fellow history professors, worked on Prof. Young’s upcoming project on migrant detention centers in the 20th century by finding and photographing primary source documents in the archives, as well as providing written analysis of those sources. Included travel to Washington, D.C. to work in the National Archives for two weeks.
