Helping people to feel connected and driving them to reach their full potential is my passion. I am a creative, organised and dynamic individual with a flair for design and an ability to engage employees by tapping into their motivations and unique qualities.With over 17 years of experience in all aspects of learning and development; from training design and delivery, to onboarding and online learning development, I understand how to tailor my approach to get the very best out of people. My most recent roles have enabled me to nurture and develop these skills in order to engage my colleagues through fun, innovative and diverse activities and communications, using a wide range of creative technologies and media. Having worked in financial services and manufacturing sectors, I have a balanced approach to innovation and risk management. My colleagues come to me for unique ideas, reassured that all practical implications have been considered and explored in order for me to get the job done.I am an enthusiastic, approachable team player with a genuine care for the well-being of my colleagues, and I feel privileged in my role as a qualified Mental Health First Aider to be able to support individuals facing challenging circumstances. My young family and ‘very energetic’ cocker spaniel keep me on my toes and I enjoy listening to music, cooking new recipes (or dancing!) in my kitchen and spending quality time with friends and family. I strongly believe that every day brings an opportunity to learn and grow, to build personal connections, and most of all, to have fun and a laugh along the way.
