I worked on the design for a consolidated customer relationship management system providing one view of the customer. I worked on two projects during this time. The first was part of the Auckland Transition, consolidating the eight regional and city councils to form Auckland Council. Developed training materials and documentation for this new accounting package. Delivered training courses to all new customers.Application: Dodge Financials

Successfully implemented ‘Miracle’ General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Register and Reporting systems for this telecommunications company. This was a particularly challenging and rewarding project as the users had no computer experience as they previously submitted hand-written input forms to a central DP department.

I was responsible for implementing the general ledger and accounts payable in Cable & Wireless London and then rolling the system out to the Bermuda, Caribbean and Atlantic Regional Offices including Grenada, Turks & Caicos and Antigua.

I joined this software house on a graduate recruitment scheme. I settled into the Training & Consultancy department and went on to design, develop and deliver courses on all the financial modules including G/L, A/P, A/R, FAR and Management and Financial Reporting modules for the Mega Systems customer base.
