During the last 7 years in my role as a Quantity Surveyor I have developed my skills, knowledge and confidence to enable me to efficiently lead, multi-task and manage numerous projects during any given period. I am an experienced proficient user in Microsoft Word and Excel along with specialist software such as Conquest Estimating Software and Measurement Sofware.My role is to produce detailed bills of quantities for various sectors within the construction industry. Within my role I am responsible for, identifying the full scope of work by reviewing tender information, carrying out measurements using computer software or hard copy drawings, producing detailed take off/dim sheets, producing a full bill of quantities using excel whilst detailing risk and following a detailed contract sum analysis where required.
