Managing the titles due to be shown at all monthly publishing planning meetings, ensuring the publishing team are aware of the status of all titles and responsible for gathering all required materials in time to be distributed to all relevant departments. Creation of Product Forms for all titles and organizing sales material to be provided to the sales teams. Attending all key planning meetings and distributing minutes back to the publishing team. Receiving, logging and responding to all customer complaints, ensuring accurate logs are kept and passing on feedback to other internal departments when necessary. Working closely with Publisher, Senior Management Team and Publishing Operations Team to ensure all planning of future titles is moving forwards and framework documents are kept up-to-date at all times. Helping to ensure processes used are efficient and being followed by team members, and coming up with new solutions for problems that may be occurring.
