-Lead the commercial negotiation to reach the company annual target. (3% saving and improve the payment term with supplier)-Supplier evaluation and development by setting up sourcing visit/audit and supplier scorecard.-Negotiating agreements with the suppliers according to the frame purchase agreement.-Pooling the demand for the whole group to find most adequate solutions with the total cost of ownership mindset.-Report to Category Manager matrix.

•Experience in SAP and working in the multi-cultural environment, responsible for initiating and execute sourcing、purchasing and logistic related activities.•Work closely with the team to actively fulfill the demand in timely and effective manner for aircraft spares supply, repair/overhaul orders and re-assembly projects if any.•Capable to organize and prioritize workload, liaising with shipping agents/ carriers on bookings or vessels for import/export. Key Achievement:•Assisting to build up the procurement/logistic process on repair/overhaul orders in SAP system by studying the business operations of the company.

•Experience in ERP system.•Identified and select vendors to procure requisition commodities, and contact initiator to clarify the vendors’ quoted specification or to assist in finding acceptable substitutes for imported goods or discontinued items. •Negotiating the price, payment term and transaction way with vendors and placing orders to meet the criteria such as scope of supply and delivery date. Processing the requisition for timeliness required with interact efficiently in limited lead-time. •Managing existing logistics vendors by setting up the contract with forwarder, Customs broker and transportation trucks. Managing incoming invoice and processing payment including L/C issue and T/T, and confirming all actions are compliant with company’s policy.Key Achievements: •Acid regeneration plant procurement project: Participating the bid opening and follow up the main equipment / sub-contractor/ supervision service signed-off contract, leading cross function collaboration to meet the job-site requirement.•Import tax-exemption application: Process the application by identifying applicable equipment or spare parts to save tax cost.
