Bruce Power is North America's largest nuclear power plant. I worked as a graphic designer for the e-learning team within the Learning and Performance department at Bruce Power. Within this position, I took on enhancing e-learning module graphics and animation to create more engaging learning experiences for staff throughout the entire plant. Within this role I worked in collaboration with the e-learning team and the award-winning creative strategy team.- Designed large-scope CBTs that are completed by Bruce Power's over 5,000 employees yearly, focusing on readability, accessibility, and layout to improve the learning experience- Proposed and designed divisional website re-design using Microsoft SharePoint- Designed digital assets for CBTs with the goal of improving the adult learning experiences through maintaining engagement and interest- Designed and animated characters and wordmarks based on context and content- learned about technical and practical training strategies, adult learning, and creating quality, engaging content for a variety of different sectors of the site
