Responsibilities:• Developing new and existing processes that increase the efficiency of work flow, including creating simple VB macros to benefit the team• Tidying and improving the database, I also learnt the new features that were not being utilised which improved functionality• Extracting and manipulating large batches of data from the Volo database to input and update inventory and sales orders• Assisting set up of FTP and data feed connections to enable a dropship process with suppliers• Creating dead stock and sales trend reports• During the peak season, helping customer services to answer phones and process refunds

Responsibilities:• Receiving, processing, creating and sending large files of customer data for various energy suppliers, each with unique formats and specifications• Developing new and existing processes, including automation of daily tasks, that increased the efficiency of workflow and keeping all information up to date for the use of other team members• Using the customer database, MS Access and SQL to retrieve and update information• Using Sage 500 for simple tasks such as invoicing and inputting cheques
