Training nurses and carers in Care Homes on new technology to replace paper MAR charts for medication recording and tracking. I really enjoyed helping customers to learn new amazing systems that would help their daily work lives.

My main achievements and accountabilities in the role are:• Coach, Train and Support LloydsPharmacy personnel to use Offsite Dispensing systems, processes and equipment. This has involved technical training to Hubs and 67 pharmacies to ensure compliance for new CDS automation.• Advise and Support Lloyds Pharmacy Operations and Development Managers to deliver service improvement to the Lloyds Pharmacy network. This has involved communications to hubs, pharmacies and area managers for enhancements to existing services such as a new Collection and Delivery Service with AAH and Apollo Hub. • Measure and Report on Compliance and effectiveness of Lloyds Pharmacy network procedures. This has involved audit visits to capture feedback and score compliance for feedback to Area Managers.• Produce and maintain training and support documentation for Hubs and pharmacies. I have produced Go Live Training packs and SLA agreements.

As Product Specialist in the MTS UK Technical Team, my responsibilities included: • Support – technical support by telephone, remote access via N3 connection to NHS sites, onsite software and hardware repairs for automation (robotic) systems Worldwide. I supported sites in the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Belgium and Australia.• Project Management – planning, resource allocation, communication, implementation of technical systems.• Training – training to all levels of staff within NHS and Primary Care. I have provided training to sites in the UK, France, Spain, Germany and Belgium. • Sales – organising exhibitions, advertising, following up leads generated by sales team.
