I am a Psychologist with General Registration who aspires to support people with their mental health and improve their quality of life.I have highly well rounded theoretical and practical knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to the assessment, treatment and intervention of mental health disorders, cognitive functioning, personal development and disabilities. Through my work experiences I have gained a high level of knowledge and contemporary understanding of psychopathology, diagnostic classification systems and clinical and psychometric assessment tools. My therapeutic style draws from an integration of various evidence-based interventions so as to suit each client’s individual needs. These include primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Motivational Therapies.
