I am presently a full time student at Holmesglen, studying a Diploma of Community Services (Alcohol, Other Drugs and Mental Health). My interest specifically lies in the mental health sphere (although alcohol and other drug addictions often go hand-in-hand), perhaps assisting youth with their issues.Mental health has always been an area of strong interest for me and I am very much looking forward to finding suitable employment within the industry. Whilst not specifically relevant to the area in which I hope to find myself, I have worked across a range of industries in a variety of roles, including employment consulting, call centres and as an executive assistant for an internationally renowned training resource production company.Therefore, I have a very broad range of experience and strengths which include (but are by no means limited to) excellent communication, an understanding of business operations, as well as strong computer and administrative skills.My long term goal is to obtain full time employment within a community organisation that supports and assists people with mental health conditions to recover and live life to their fullest capacity.
