With over eight years of experience in human resources, I have been passionate about empowering employees and enhancing the culture at Greene King, the UK's leading pub retailer and brewer. As a Wellbeing and Engagement Manager, I led the development and implementation of the company's wellbeing and engagement programmes and initiatives, supporting over 40,000 employees across 3,000 pubs and breweries. I worked with senior leaders, managers, and external partners to deliver innovative and impactful initiatives, such as mental health awareness campaigns and employee recognition programmes. I have a MBA in Employee Relations from the University of Leicester, and I am CIPD Level 5 (Diploma) qualified.
