I have extensive experience in call center and event operations, programming, and management. I am passionate about people, with a strong focus on equity, diversity, access, and inclusion.I joined CBG Health Research during the 2020 Covid pandemic as part of the team that developed the National Contact Tracing strategy. Key performance highlights during this time included coordinating multiple shift leads and over 500 agents for Close Contact Calling. Recruiting, inducting, and training 1,500 candidates in six months during the pandemic surge. Also setting up and leading the Rapid Antigen Call Center, which processed over 10,000 calls per day.In July 2021, I transitioned to the Field Team Manager role at the rebranded Reach Aotearoa. Here, I oversaw a team of eight Regional Field Leads and 140+ community-based interviewers for national field data collection of the New Zealand Health Survey, Crime and Victim Survey, Household Travel Survey, Study of Adult Skills, Income Support Survey, General Social Survey, and New Zealand Gambling Survey on behalf of various Government Ministries and Stats NZ.From January 2024, I began a newly formed Field Operations Manager role at Ipsos, which acquired Reach Aotearoa. In this role, I incorporate my field project knowledge with my intuition for recruitment, passion for training, and focus on quality. My previous call center experience ensures the operational efficiency of our Helpdesk is also maintained.I am a highly productive problem solver capable of wearing many hats to contribute to successful project outcomes.
