Responsible for cyber security governance and privacy at EECA.• Advising on security controls to protect the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of EECA data. • Providing cyber security education and training• Creating a risk register and leading risk culture at EECA• Development and maintenance of security policies and frameworks• Developing new security processes that will enhance EECA’s security practice• Act as EECA’s Privacy Officer to ensure EECA is following the Privacy Act 2020

 Determine cybersecurity objectives by studying Ryman capabilities, gathering information, and evaluating our requirements.  Facilitate workshops to evaluate cyber security exposure and threats, anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement and develop optimisation strategies to minimise our vulnerability. Understand and model the cyber security objectives or problem context in a way that can be communicated to different audiences at all levels across Ryman Own and drive cybersecurity RFI, RFP processes to evaluate market solutions, and guide the business through to successful implementation.  Managing and developing the cybersecurity awareness education program. Performing audits and assessments of existing and new technologies and providing cybersecurity advice on new solution selection.  Collaborating with the technology team to develop and deliver initiatives to continuously improve cybersecurity. Helping to develop, design, embed, and maintain policies, procedures, and processes to guide Ryman team members on cybersecurity best practice. Evolving these in line with industry and government regulations. Assessing and approving cybersecurity risk assessments on existing and new technologies. Preparing reports for Tech Leadership Team and Cybersecurity Governance Group on cybersecurity incidents, trends, and events.

Cybersecurity and privacy analysis, including coordinating and delivering a cybersecurity awareness campaign to 1200 people, creating a cybersecurity incident response plan and cyber security run books, completing security and privacy risk assessments on new and legacy applications, and creating security governance policies.

Troubleshooting and diagnosis of application errors;Auditing application use and providing further training to end users (when needed);Providing initial training to new users of the application.
