This role requires extremely strong stakeholder management, relationship, and exceptional communication skills. A considerable amount of my time is spent creating packs and liaising with stakeholders for high-level Executive Forums, which involves gathering and organising relevant information, preparing comprehensive documents and presentations, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure their inputs are included, and facilitating smooth communication to ensure all participants are well-prepared and aligned for the Forum's objectives. I lead and present at these Forums, and my presentation skills encompass the ability to convey information, engage the audience and deliver key messages with confidence, using visual aids and body language to enhance understanding and impact clearly and effectively. I also write challenging and complex minutes following a Forum; this involves accurately documenting key discussions, decisions, action items, and any follow-up tasks, ensuring that the record is clear, concise, and reflective of the meeting's outcomes for future reference and accountability.
