- Relationship Manager for major partnership account

- Identify opportunities and make recommendations to Senior Sales Management to determine the appropriate Contact Strategy and alignment of our sales resource across key distributors to maximise new business APE.- Identify, design, implement and coordinate a calendar of corporate hospitality and business partner engagement opportunities across all P&L units within Friends Provident - UK Individual Sales, UK Corporate Sales, International and Distribution & Marketing Services.- Develop, implement and deliver the MI Strategy for UK Individual Sales. This includes working with Senior Sales Management and National Accounts to understand their requirement. Through the Sales MI Analyst deliver high quality MI to identify opportunities to maximise new business APE.- To effectively lead, develop and performance manage the Sales MI Analyst.- Manage the business development budget and forecasts including coordinating the payments both from internal P&Ls and to external suppliers.- Develop, implement and coordinate collaborative communication between Sales Management, Proposition areas and National Accounts to ensure our Contact Strategy is both effective and efficient.

- Lead, coach, motivate and manage c15 FTE (Team Leader and Sales Support Consultants) to deliver the key business objectives and new business APE. Including recruitment, retention and performance management.- Develop and review business plans and ensure results are delivered in line with agreed risk strategy.- Manage all operational projects including telephony, panel management strategy, sales support procedures and operational processes to ensure effective and efficient running of the sales office.
