Project Assignment - MA State Health Agency:• Created training materials for a release in the Deloitte created client system, including: building out an 85+ slide training resource deck, user-guide, webinar presentation deck, and facilitator script materials. • Received praise from clients and project leadership for the high standard of materials and the smoothness of our client dry-run training presentations. • Delivered a virtual webinar training to 300+ system users in early April, 2020. Project Assignment - Large Government Data-center:1. Assisted key stakeholders storyboard and create presentation that was presented by our lead client to the entire organization (500+ personnel). The content from this presentation is currently used for additional client meetings. 2. Facilitated a workshop that was delivered to a group of ~20 practitioners (Deloitte and subcontractors), which has spurred process adoption planning efforts at the leadership level. 3. Successfully onboarded over 250+ personnel to the all projects over a 3 month period. Activities included processing onboarding forms, creating an onboarding tracker used by the PMO SM, and conducing trainings for task and team leads. Internal Firm Work:1. National Practitioner Sustainability Initiative– co-leads Deloitte's 400+ employee-led sustainability network. Responsible for empowering and enabling our 22 Green Teams across the country to make green behavioral and operational changes in their local offices. 2. Boston Green Team – Leads and oversees the 50+ person Boston Green Team across five workstreams – Events, Culture, Operations, Volunteering, and Education. Grew the team from 10 team members in the Spring of 2019 to 50+ team members in the summer of 2020.

I attended the One Young World Leadership summit as a delegate representing Deloitte in July 2021. After attending, Delegates become One Young World Ambassadors and are expected to return to their communities and organizations with the means and motivation to make a difference, accessing the global network of 12,000+ young leaders to accelerate existing initiatives or establish new ventures. Between Summits, I will join the One Young World Community and participate in an ongoing program of opportunities including caucuses, funding, peer-to-peer mentoring, media exposure, and speaking engagements.

The fellowship was open to female-identifying undergraduate students attending an institution of higher education located in Massachusetts or female-identifying undergraduate students who reside in Massachusetts but attend an institution of higher education located in the United States but not in Massachusetts. The 2017 Summer Fellowship is a ten-week program scheduled to run from June 5, 2017 – August 11, 2017. Fellows receive a stipend, and are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week and only 5 Fellows were accepted into the highly competitive program.
